"The 7th child. The 7 pillars. The 7 signs.
God doesn't waste a number."
Born the 7th of 11 children at 3 lbs 9 oz, written off by every professional in the room. My mother refused that report. She took me to the church, and a community of faith gathered and prayed. I am here because God said otherwise.
But surviving is not the same as thriving. I carried that miracle quietly, and I carried something else too. A skin condition that made me a target. The teasing was relentless, and over time I began to believe what it said about me. I spent years walking in shoes that were never mine.
What I didn't know then was that the wandering had a purpose. My story was not a setback. It was always the strategy. And somewhere inside you, there is a pair of shoes with your name on them.
"The 7th child. The 7 pillars. The 7 signs. God doesn't waste a number and He does not waste a story."
The unshakable threads of the WOVEN framework. The blueprint that turns your testimony into a strategy and your calling into a life you can actually live.
For the woman who has been faithful, who has prayed, who has waited and is now ready to walk boldly into everything she was created for.
"My story wasn't a setback.
It was the strategy."
Penny D. Butler · #StopShrinkingStartStepping
I came to Penny not knowing what I was building or why nothing felt right. After our Clarity Call, I had a framework for my life that I didn't know I was missing. She doesn't just coach — she architects.
The 7 Framework gave me language for a journey I had already been walking but couldn't name. WOVEN didn't just give me a community — it gave me permission to take up space.
I was playing small and calling it humility. Penny called it what it was: hiding. Six months later I launched my business, hired my first client, and finally feel like the woman God said I was.
Penny speaks at women's conferences, church retreats, leadership summits, and faith-based events. Every message is rooted in testimony, grounded in Scripture, and designed to move women from stuck to stepping.
Lord, I thank You for this woman.
For the miracle that brought her here. For the calling she has been carrying quietly.
For the courage it took to stop shrinking and start looking for more.
Let what she finds here be exactly what You intended.
Let every step she takes be ordered.
Let her leave this place knowing she was never too much.
She was always exactly enough.
In the name of Jesus, Amen.
A prayer for every woman who finds her way here · Penny D. Butler
Every framework I teach was forged in a fire I survived. A miracle, a wound, a long season of wandering, and a calling that finally had a name. This is that story.
I should not be here. When I entered this world as the 7th of 11 children, weighing 3 lbs 9 oz, the medical professionals were not hopeful. My mother refused that narrative. She took me to the church, not as a last resort, but as a first response. A community of faith gathered around a tiny life and prayed. I am here today because of the power of God and the fabric of community that refused to let go.
But surviving is not the same as thriving. I grew up knowing I was a miracle and carrying something else quietly. A skin condition I could not hide and could not explain. The teasing started early. The stares followed me into rooms. And over time, I began to believe what they said. I shrank. Not physically but emotionally and spiritually. I overcompensated by working harder than everyone around me, pouring into roles and people, not because I was flourishing, but because I was trying to prove I was worth the space I was taking up.
I spent years walking in shoes that were never mine. I knew I was called to something more. I could feel it. But low self-esteem has a way of making your calling feel like it belongs to someone else. Someone more polished. More deserving. So I wandered, serving quietly, mentoring unofficially, pouring out long before I had a name for any of it.
Then came the shift. I stopped asking "what am I supposed to do?" and started asking "who am I supposed to help?" The answer was clear. Women who are exactly where I was. Women who survived something. Women walking in the wrong shoes, or standing still because they don't believe any shoes were made for them.
That is when WOVEN was born. Not as a business idea. As a calling. My name, Penny, comes from Penelope, which means weaver. It was written into my story before I knew it. The 7th child. The 7 pillars. The 7 signs. God doesn't waste a number. He doesn't waste a wound. He does not waste a story.
And somewhere inside you, there is a pair of shoes with your name on them. Let's help you find them.
"The 7th child. The 7 pillars. The 7 signs. God doesn't waste a number."
Every strategy is built on a spiritual foundation. God's design for your life is the blueprint and we just help you read it clearly.
I am alive today because a community prayed. We do not build alone here. Sisterhood is not a bonus. It is the structure.
Walking boldly is not a feeling. It is a decision made daily. We equip women with the tools to keep stepping even when fear is present.
The story is just the beginning.
Now that you know where this came from, let's talk about where you're going. There is a path here built for exactly where you are.
Whether you need a conversation, a community, or a complete strategy, there is a path here for you.

My first breath happened inside a community. Before strategy, before framework, before any of this, a circle of women and men gathered around a tiny life and refused to accept what the doctors said. I am here because community is not optional. It is essential.
A single thread can break. Woven threads hold weight. When women of faith gather with intention, around strategy, around Scripture, around each other's stories, the result is something that cannot be undone.
"Community is not a feature of the WOVEN framework. It is the foundation."
